i liked the site http://www.anth.ucsb.edu/projects/human/# being able to see the diffrent fossils of human acestors was pretty cool. i diddnt know that there were so many human ancestors or that we had even looked diffrent at one point in time. the diffrent primape fossols were cool to they looked so much like are fossils it was amazing seeing the resemblence.

Didnt we do the life has a historuy tour in class? There wasnt much that i learned from it but i didnt know that there was over 30 million species on earth and that we havent even found them all. Any ways who wouldve know that mammals are actually one of the least common animal groups on the planet maby we should smash more spiders.

YAYY GAMES JUST WHAT I NEED FOR CLASS thx miss Snow. I liked the caveman challenge game i didnt know that we only started walking on 2 legs 4.4million years ago i thought we had allways walked upright.I also didnt know we were vegitarians till about 2.5 million years ago i wouldnt be able to stand living back befor then i need my steak.

for the second one its sad that there is proboey millions of insects and animals that we have no idea about scince all remains dont fossilize.
but the games were alright i didnt really like them all to much.

The first blog website was sort of like a jepoardy game. it was fun and ididnt know that the animals i thought had certain things or ate certain things had those things or ate what they did. It was a fun game which helped me to keep the information in my head for the next round of the game.

The second website was a good site to teach me on how to classify certain animals and if i had a choice i would want to pick this topic to learn more about because i actually liked how the hole classifying animals went.

The last one i thought was fun but im not one really for crosswords but it was sortf easy because i knew some of the vocabulary and such.

ill be posting youtube video once im home cant do that part at school...

the first game was okay. i liked the gallery cause it showed how fossils can be preserved and how old they are. the second one was alright, it said there were over 30 million species on earth but we haven't found them all just yet. other than that, i thought this blog was fun. Link 1: I learned from this website that animals that look like they belong in certain classes may not be. Also, I didn’t know dogs eat bugs. Lastly, final score: 155 (without using the “learn more” button).

Link 2: I learned the order of classifying life: Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, and Species. I also learned that as these stages are gone down, further details are required to classify the specimen. Also, final score: 26 (Tip: There are details about the specimen underneath the picture. I know it seems obvious, but I didn’t see the info, and it probably would’ve helped to know it was there earlier).

Link 3 (games): Playing the “Caveman challenge game,” I saw how walking upright was an evolutionary change that allowed better survival, and was, therefore, a step in evolution. I also learned that meat rich diets aided in brain growth. As a whole, I learned about the steps that our ancestors went through during evolution, including the previously mentioned two. Final score 71%.

The third link I did a game on "Who Dung It" and it was about poop and who did it. It was a lot of fun and I did this one with Kalea.

2. I learned that Scientist organizes Earths life into categories. They start from Kingdom, to phylum, then to class, to order, then what family they belong in, then to genus, and lastly into species. This takes quite a while to get the organisms into a correct place.

3. I don’t really know what I was suppose to learn, I just see a lot of Early Humans for kids game but I played the first two on the list. The first one is about how some people make a living by digging up dinosaur poop and researching about what kind of animal had it… and the second one is about how scientist did not really actually know what started human evolution until the 1953. Scientist started off on the wrong track in 1912 because of a discovery but soon realized it was incorrect.

link 1- it was a fun game which i easily got through since it wasnt that hard to put the different animals and such into the categories it gave u. although i didnt know humans would be put under something that eats bugs , thats gross lol .my score was 125
link 2- i didnt know that both mammals were put into so many categories that describe what they are, but i did have a a pretty easy time putting each into their proper categories. my score was 33 i had some trouble on the sea cucumber.
link 3- the caveman game was alright wasnt anything exciting but i did learn how they found the remains of a Neanderthal.
link 4- the crossword was pretty difficult but i managed to figure it out.

The First site was very interesting. It was cool learning different things about animals that i did not know before.

The second site I liked the most. I liked the fact that it was in different categories and i learned more about the animals.

The third site was okay, but the crossword was kind of hard. It helped that I knew some of the vocab.

The first website got my attention because it was a game and it was fun. Apparently I thought seaweed was a fish. I guess that shows how much I know about animal classes. I played the game several times until I got a satisfying score of 310.

I learned that classing animals is harder than it appears. Things may seem obvious about an animal but when you actually break it down it becomes a more complicated process. I knew the bear on the page was a polar bear but missed a lot of the questions.

On this website many of the different links to games didn't work on my computer, but i didn't learn some interesting facts. I learned that people didn't evolve directly from monkeys, it was a long process to become what we are. I also learned people used to be vegetarians! Just like me!

The crossword puzzle was really hard, I couldn't guess any of the word hardly. I didn't really learn anything from this website.

@ Justin Thomas, I liked your video, even if other people had the same one.

Link 1~ I learned more of the clasification of animals. Such as which animals have poison. I had no idea platipusis had poison! I mean, that's not what they show on "Phineas & Ferb".

Link 2~ This Blog wasn't quite as cool as the 1st one but it certaintly gave more information. It was still clasification, but it was more specific so you learn more technical stuff like the bear they showed is a maritimus because its large and is an aquatic bear that adapts to colder climates.

Link 3~I didn't enjoy this one as much as the other two. I was only able to solve like almost half of them by myself and would've never been able to solve it without the "SOLVE" button. On the other hand I got to learn more diverse things but I think it was to many unrelated things so I don't think I even learned that much on this one.

I Also liked Warens Video. Short, but to the point.

The first website about the animals into different groups was interesting. I liked the game and it taught me things I didn't know about some animals.

The second site taught me more about evolution, and to put Earth's life into categories. It was difficult and confusing for me.

The third site had the Walking with Caveman game. It was easy and boring and at first I didn't understand what to do.

The crossword was good because it helped me with vocab words.
