1. I survived on my first try. The key was to use diversity to your advantage. By picking a variety, the species could survive better.
2. Birds evolved slowly from features appearing as early as the dinosaur era. Things such as bones and feathers appeared early on in that time.
3. I did fairly well, died when I couldn't eat 15 bugs. In order to be 'fit' a species needs to live long enough to reproduce.

1. It took me two tries to survive. The trick to surviving was that you had to diverse by picking a variety of different traits to survive.
2.Birds started out in prehistoric times, around the same time as dinosaurs. They soon developed feathers and bones that were required for flight around that time also.
3.On the survival game, I did not do well because I ate the entire population of bugs. A species must be able to live long enough to reproduce in order to be "fit".

In the bird evolution i think it is awsome how the flying birds can fly up to 50 yards. The flying frogs WOW I've never heard of that before. Also i think its cool that they use membranes between their feet to fly.

Sorry, my blog comment was incomplete. I enjoyed the survival game the most because it is challenging and gives a good representation of the challenges members of a species may face.
1)I survived my fourth try i was having a hard time surviving but i finally survived from the monster that trys to eat my species.I finally choose the right species to survived those tasks.
2)The flying birds i think is very interesting because i never heard of the flying frogs before and i learn so much about each birds and animals that can fly.
3)I survived my third try because the time went by to fast for me click for the bird to eat all the bugs it need to srviive. The species need o eat as many bugs in order to fit in with the others. i agree with Kalae this site was harder than the others in order to survive.
I like the where u have to click many bug to survive your bird because it helps you to see when the bugs population grows when u eat them.

1) I survived the 1 million years, the key to my survival was choosing the tall bird with spikes, the tall bird with stripes, and the small bird with spikes.

In the survival simulation, to survive you needed to pick a species with a wide range of variation so that they have more features that would help them adapt and survive.

4) i liked the first lab first because it was the most interesting, and it was definatly the funnest one.

1)It took me A LOT of tries to finaly get my species to survive. The trick to it was I found out that the first thing to do is set them up with someway to eat. Then find a way to adapt them to the weather and predators.
2)Birds have a long history that dates all the way back to the dinosours. They originate from the reptile dinos. They have learned to adapt and have evolved in several different ways.
3)I really don't like this game. I see the animals difficulty in finding its prey. It becomes extremely difficult because they themselves also adapt so that they can servive. I cant imaging what one tiny affect on the circle of life will have on the entire world of species.

1.The first one was really confusing i did it like 6 times until i got it and i think it was really fun.

yaaah buddy i survived on my first try.!!! hahaha tht game was fun. i liked that game. the thing about the birds was interesting but i thought it could have been better.on te quiz i got 4/4. the evolution game was kinda hard. but other than that it was interesting.

1. It took me five tries to actually get what i was doing. The key to my sruvival was varrying the different types of species for certain conditions that they could with stand.
2. The second site was interesting. It showed me how birds were related to dinosaurs, and all the structural things that they have in common.
3.The third site was fun. I passed through it pretty fast but some levels took a while. in oreder to be fit species need to eat enough so they can handle the weather conditions so they can go without food.
I liked the second site the best because it showed how birds developed from dinosaurs and in what ways they were related.
1.4 times till i survived the game.
the key to my survival was to mix furry with bald so id get a madium in the hair and shot and tall so id get a medium in that to.
2.They Grew certain bones and muscels and one small step at a time they eventully had wings and could fly.
3.I think i did really well i breed five times and survived two sicknessess and i lived through like 10 or 11 winters.

I did alright on the survival game, in order to be fit you need to adapt to be able to see certain animals that will help you be fit by eating them.
My favorite link was the first one because I thought it was pretty fun and addicting, kind of frustrating but still fun.
